JAMMU & KASHMIR Govt orders inquiry into misuse of RDD cement in block Bhaderwah | KNO MOHD MAJID MALIK | KNO Published 347 weeks ago on September 07, 2017 By KashmirNewsObserver The state government today ordered an inquiry into the alleged misuse and black marketing of Rural Development Cement in block Bhaderwah of Doda district . One month back a leader of Mazdoor Union of Bhaderwah namely Adil Khan filled a written complainant in CMs grievances cell in which he alleged rampant misuse and black marketing of RDD cement in block Bhaderwah which is supplied by government for various developmental works and demanded inquiry into the matter .In his complaint he had also identified four employees of rural development department Bhaderwah who according to him are involved in the misuse and black marketing of government cement . Taking cognizance of the complaint CM grievances cell directed director rural development Jammu R K Bhat to submit a comprehensive report in this regard and take departmental action if any one found guilty . Now Director appointed District Panchayat Officer Kishtwar Sunil Butyal as enquiry officer to inquire the matter in detail an fix the responsbility .
